Hello, my name is Kiandris and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate supervised by Jenai Tidwell, LPC-S. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and discover their inner resilience to lead fulfilling lives. Having personal experiences with anxiety and depression, I understand the courage it takes to seek support. My mission is to provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.With a focus on teens, young adults, and adults and couples, I specialize in addressing a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, cultural identity issues, couple’s concerns, and life transitions. I work collaboratively with clients to develop coping skills, enhance self-awareness, and foster resilience. Together, we can work towards overcoming obstacles and creating positive change in your life. I look forward to embarking on this journey of self-discovery and growth with you.

Education:

I completed both of my undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Houston (Go Coogs!). I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies, followed by a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. This educational journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in psychological theories and counseling techniques, allowing me to effectively support individuals on their path to mental wellness.
