Our personal narrative is inevitably woven into every facet of our lives. When we lose control of our narrative, we feel it is being written for us. Together, we will take back control of your story and compose it to bring you joy and fulfillment. I warmly welcome individuals with all backgrounds and perspectives.

My clinical experience entails working with children and adults with autism spectrum disorders and attention-deficit disorder. I work with a diverse range of populations, including children, adolescents, and adults, as well as LGBTQIA+ individuals, those struggling with addiction, gender identity, anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, and self-esteem. I am in the final year of my Clinical Mental Health Counseling Master’s program at the University of Houston-Victoria. My preferred approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Informed Care, which focuses on assisting you to resolve thoughts and emotions for your overall well-being. However, I have received training in a wide range of modalities. I prioritize creating an interpersonal environment guided by evidence-based practices. My goal is to tailor an approach best suited to your needs.
