Our personal narrative is inevitably woven into every facet of our lives. When we lose control of our narrative, we feel it is being written for us. Together, we will take back control of your story and compose it in the way bring your joy and fulfillment. I warmly welcome individuals with all backgrounds and perspectives.
My clinical experience entails working with children and adults with autism spectrum disorders and attention-deficit disorder. I am currently in the final year of my Clinical Mental Health Counseling Master’s program at the University of Houston-Victoria. My preferred approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Informed Care. However, I have received training in a wide range of modalities. I prioritize creating an interpersonal environment guided by evidence-based practices. My goal is to tailor an approach that is best suited to your needs.
