Rates

• $130 for 50-minute sessions – Sliding scale rates are available upon application and approval
• $60 for LCP- Associate sessions
• $30 for Graduate Student sessions

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Sliding Scale /Reduced Fee

Sliding Scale rates are available with our therapist upon application and approval. Reduced fee services are available with our LPC – Associates and Graduate Student Interns.

Payment

All major credit cards, FSA, and HSA are accepted for payment only. We do not accept cash or check.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and/or you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $85 fee for therapists, $60 fee for LPC-Interns, or $30 fee for our Graduate Student Interns. This cannot be billed to your insurance.
