Feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges? You’re not alone. I’m here to offer a safe and supportive space where we can work together to navigate whatever you’re facing.
With a compassionate approach and extensive experience in mental health and substance abuse, I understand that healing is a journey, not a destination. I believe in empowering you to discover your inner strength and build a life filled with meaning and purpose.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, substance use, or the unique challenges faced by veterans and their families, I’m here to help. I also specialize in areas like career transitions, anger management, and supporting individuals through life’s transitions, including re-entry after incarceration.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your specific needs. I draw from a variety of proven therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you change negative thought patterns, Emotion-Focused Therapy to deepen your emotional understanding, and Family Systems Therapy to improve your relationships. I also have specialized training in 12-step facilitation for those seeking support in recovery.
As a graduate counseling intern with a background in Human Services and a passion for helping others, I’m committed to providing you with the tools and support you need to create lasting positive change. Let’s work together to build a brighter future.
